London - November 2017
A friend from graduate school tied the not in the heart of London's financial district, leaving Ray Ray and I an opportunity to explore the old city for a bit. She arrived from a work trip in Kiev, Ukraine while I flew in after making a presentation at an even in Bermuda. We were a mess of jet lag and time zones but managed to squeeze as much out of our 3-day visit as possible.
We've both been here many times before, just never together. Neither of us had seen Bank Hall, an icon of London's financial district that is now used for beautiful events like the wedding we attended.
June 2018 Revision: When I met Ray Ray at the hotel Friday morning, she shared with me that she might be pregnant. She was right and this turned out to be one of the last carefree trips for a while!
