Mixtape: So Tomorrow I Can Run What You Cannot

In what has become an annual tradition, I am happy to share this year’s birthday mixtape I made for Ray Ray.

The Champ.

Recall I closed out last year with a collection of music to help her train for a long-distance road race this Spring. Well, faithful listener, I’m here to share the next installment. Once again, I turned to the always-reliable KEXP for guidance. And if you are a runner, check out their occasional “runcasts” to put an extra groove in your fancy feet.

RayRay is just about ready for this year’s Cherry Blossom festival run and I’ve got my sp

ots on the route where I plan to stand and cheer like a mad man. Maybe I should stash a copy of this mixtape on my phone so I’ve got something to get me amped up. A decent idea.

You’ll recall the title of the last mixtape was, “Today I Will Run What You Will Not.” Here’s the second half of that running adage: So Tomorrow I Can Run What You Cannot

Let it inspire you to get your heart rate up and be in shape.
